Do I own the Figma file?
Yes, transferred in full at handover with auto layout intact, so it stays editable. A flattened file you cannot change is worth very little six months later.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two at the design stage, and revisions there cost nothing. Structural changes after development has begun are quoted separately, which is exactly why the prototype stage exists.
Can you work from an existing brand?
Yes. Send the brand guidelines or the existing site and the design system starts from those rather than from scratch.
