Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to services provided through this site.
Review this with a lawyer before publishing. It is a starting structure, not legal advice.
Scope of work
Each project is defined by a written proposal listing deliverables, timeline and price, plus what is explicitly excluded. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payment
Fixed scope projects are invoiced with a deposit before work starts and the balance on completion. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
Revisions
Each stage includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in the proposal. Revisions at the design stage cost nothing; structural changes after development has begun are quoted as additional work.
Ownership
On final payment, all design files, source code and assets created for the project transfer to you in full. Licensed third-party assets remain subject to their own licences, which are documented at handover.
Confidentiality
Anything you share is treated as confidential. An NDA can be signed before any confidential material is exchanged.
Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the project. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data.
